I'm thrilled to introduce you to U.S. Targhee wool, a new wool offering here at 22 Mile Studio! Targhee sheep were first developed in the 1920s at the USDA Sheep Experiment Station in Dubois, Idaho, by crossing Rambouillet rams with Corriedale and Lincoln/Rambouillet ewes.

One of the many joys of owning 22 Mile Studio is introducing handspinners to new types of wool. Today, I'm very happy to introduce a new wool offering: a Falkland-style wool. Let's dive in.
